How to Stop the Scroll and Create Amazing Content for Your Brand

Video vs Static Image - What Works Best?
Okay, so you know you need to design effective creative for your ad but what will work best? A video or a static image?
The answer: TEST TEST TEST!
A/B testing using the same ad copy but different types of creative can help you to determine what resonates with your target audience the most. Each audience responds differently and algorithm updates are constantly changing the ad performance landscape. That being said, video has become hugely important to brand success and should be considered for most brand strategies.
Create Images That Feel Natural.
Your images and video should be contextually relevant to whatever platform you are using to promote your brand. This means that your designs don’t necessarily look like an ad, and are more similar to something that the average person would post on their own feed. Avoid using stock images and instead focus on what's REAL - real products and real people. Authenticity SELLS and your target audience is more likely to share content that resonates with them.
Keep it Short and Sweet.
Most viewers are not going to watch a 5 minute video on your product or service (especially if you are targeting a new audience). Keep your main message and call to action short, simple, and easy to follow - 30 seconds to a minute tops.
Add Captions.
Captioning has become increasingly popular within the last couple of years, especially with younger generations. Recent studies have shown that many videos are watched on mute, and that simply adding captions can increase video views by 40%. Captions also help to give your keyword strategy a boost and make your brand’s videos accessible to anyone watching.
